We hope that all Knox Members will join us on March 15th, 2026 for the Annual General Meeting.
Session and church leaders have put together a riveting presentation about the church over the past year and get ready to vote as we discern to move boldly into this next year!
End the suspense to find out the result of the Elder vote. Will Jim Thompson be re-elected?
The session at Knox Presbyterian Church is pleased to put before the congregation the name of Jim Thompson for an elder. While he has been an elder before, he still needs to be re-elected by the congregation at this time.
Either at church, or by ballot delivered by an elder, every member has the opportunity to vote in this election. Ballots will be available at church this Sunday, or if you would like one delivered to you, just let an elder know. All ballots must be returned to the church or Brenda McLean by March 5th.
It’s been a cold winter and the The Little Church with a big heart wants to help those in the community. Knox Bayfield is collecting warm winter items over the month of February to distribute to shelters and schools.
Whether you are spending your winter days knitting or cleaning out your closets, or taking a trip to your local store, let’s think about those in our community that may be in need of:
new or handmade socks
gently used, handmade, or new hats
gently used, handmade, or new mitts
Please bring these items to the church on Sundays or call the church to make arrangements to drop off items by contacting session.
Deb Cosford is also looking or a few volunteers to help with the donations as they come in. Contact Deb in person or send her an e-mail by clicking the button below:
On Presbyterian World Service and Development (PWS&D) Sunday, Rev. John Bannerman announced that he is starting a deep dive study into the work of this global mission on Mondays starting on February 23, 2026 at 2pm at the church. Sign up in service, call the church or or e-mail Rev. John directly.
Can’t make it out, but still want to join in? Zoom option available.
Join us on Sunday February 8, 2025 as our guest speaker, Heather Robinson, reflects on the recent salt shortage that drove people from across Ontario to Goderich and shares a message about how Jesus instructed us to “Stay Salty” – being the salt and light to those around us based in Matthew 5:13-20.
